Lulaworx is proud to announce a new partnership with Professor Gonnafela Letlole, founder of the Gonnafela Letlole Academy (GLA) a leader in empowering youth from rural communities and townships through skills development.

Based in Mmatlhake village, GLA offers accredited training in civil construction, engineering, business studies, and health and safety. Since 2015, the academy has grown into a powerful platform for change, with over 270 learners recently graduating with artisan certificates and diplomas.

At Lulaworx, our focus is on connecting people to meaningful work and creating pathways into the economy. This partnership strengthens that mission by ensuring that skills development is not only accessible but aligned with real opportunities.

GLA’s impact goes beyond the classroom. From building homes for vulnerable individuals to offering free education for underprivileged youth, the academy is restoring dignity and driving community upliftment.
